No. Express Family Clinic is cash-pay only and does not bill insurance. You pay at the time of your visit. If your plan allows out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide forms you may use to self-file.

Office visits start at $75. Additional tests, procedures, labs, or vaccines are priced separately. Check our Prices and Updates page or call before your visit — prices can change.

Vaccines are $10 each for children 18 and under, with no additional visit fee for immunization-only visits when shot records are provided. School physicals with EKG are $35. Bring complete immunization records for patients 18 and under.

We do not bill insurance for visits, labs, vaccines, or procedures. Payment is due at the time of service. We may provide documentation so you can submit a claim yourself if your plan allows. Coverage is determined by your insurer, not Express Family Clinic.

Yes. All three locations welcome walk-ins—no appointment needed for in-clinic visits. Virtual visits are by appointment only. If the clinic is busy, patients are seen in order of arrival.

Wait times vary by location, time of day, and patient volume. Arriving earlier in the day can help. We cannot guarantee a specific wait time but we do out best to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

We provide care for the whole family, including pediatric, adult, school/sports, and occupational needs when clinically appropriate.

Yes. Porter/New Caney is open every Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Walk-ins welcome—no appointment needed for  in-clinic care on Saturdays.

Starting Saturday, September 12, 2026, our Spring clinic is also open Saturdays 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Same cash-pay walk-in care. 

Yes. We offer school/sports physicals (including EKG at the school-physical price on our site), college physicals, DOT medical exams, and other physical options. Bring required forms, photo ID, and—for minors—a parent/guardian when needed.

Photo ID, payment method, medication list, and any school, camp, work, or DOT forms that need completion. For children 18 and under, shot records are required for vaccines. If you plan to self-file insurance, ask the front desk what documentation you’ll receive after your visit.

No appointment is necessary for immunization visits when records are available. Children’s vaccines are $10 each with no extra visit fee for immunization-only visits. Adult vaccine pricing varies—call to confirm availability and cost before coming in.

Yes. Our Virtual Clinic is available for hormone and weight-loss visits, medication refills and acute care visits by appointment. Visits are by video through doxy.me—use a phone or computer with camera and microphone. Book through our Virtual Clinic page, then join at your scheduled time.

Because we do not bill insurance, you know the clinic charges at the time of service and will not receive a later bill from Express Family Clinic for uncovered balances. Lab or medication costs outside our clinic (such as retail pharmacies) are separate. Ask about pricing before add-on tests when possible.

Yes. We can provide forms/documentation you may need to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We do not guarantee your plan will reimburse any portion. Keep copies of your receipt and clinical summary.

Patient forms may be available through our website Forms area. If you cannot access them online, arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork in the clinic, or call your preferred location.

We are a nurse practitioner–staffed family clinic with about 20 years of experience across three locations. Our focus is fast, friendly, and affordable care.

Sick visits, minor injuries, school/sports/DOT physicals, immunizations, women’s and men’s health exams, occupational screenings, weight-loss programs, and more. For emergencies or hospital-level symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
